- 1 / 5By Brendan GutenschwagerI'm tired of looking like the bad guy for ordering an item ON THEIR MENU. Deluxe Grilled Cheese with Ham - not terribly complicated. It's an 'All Day Choice' that can be ordered anytime, yet every time I order it from this DD I, the customer, have to explain its existence, point it out on their menu board, then explain how to make it. This makes no sense - a mistake here and there is one thing, but when there's a pattern of no employee at this store, at ANY time of day, knowing about this item I know it's not a mistake but a fundamental flaw with their on-the-job training. I had to drive over to the Lincoln Park Dunkin Donuts just to get this sandwich made, and I'm very upset with the Wyandotte Dunkin' Donuts for this experience.January 15, 2017
